Twenty years of inconsistent Word files, turned into a structured, searchable body of work — and a reader application its single user can actually use. That user is non-technical and visually impaired, cannot debug, cannot work around a defect, and will never call support. The whole architecture follows from that. Vingt ans de fichiers Word hétérogènes, transformés en un corpus structuré et consultable — et une application de lecture que son unique utilisateur peut réellement utiliser. Cet utilisateur n'est pas technique, il est malvoyant, il ne peut ni déboguer, ni contourner un défaut, et n'appellera jamais un support. Toute l'architecture découle de là.

Every new check is deliberately broken on write. That habit has caught checks passing green over a feature that was dead.Chaque nouveau contrôle est délibérément cassé à l'écriture. Ce réflexe a démasqué des tests au vert alors que la fonction qu'ils gardaient était morte.

An automated check once confirmed that no figure in a summary note had been altered. True — and the note was still wrong: an exact percentage had quietly changed subject. Automated verification bounds the risk; it does not remove it. That is where a human who knows the domain still earns their place. Un contrôle automatique a confirmé un jour qu'aucun chiffre n'avait été modifié dans une note de synthèse. C'était vrai — et la note était fausse quand même : un pourcentage exact avait changé de sujet. La vérification automatique borne le risque, elle ne le supprime pas. C'est là que l'expert métier garde toute sa place.
